Appearance: Ichigo is very tall for his age, standing at 5'10, he has very long legs and is rather built for his age. And like most boys in anime, he is rather underweight despite all of the muscle :/. He is highly muscular for his age which really shows on his chest, he happens to have two rather large scars on there, one towards the upper part of his chest and one more around his belly. He has bright orange hair which is very spiky and sharp brown eyes, he often wears very slim fitting jeans and shirts and carries around a black badge with a skull on it that helps him go from human form to Shinigami form. He is almost always wearing a scowl on his face and his brows are constantly furrowed.

Personality: Ichigo can be rather mean from time to time, he has a very short temper and has a very huge habit of yelling constantly. He seems very cold on the outside which he uses to drive people away from him but on the inside, he is highly compassionate and full of strong morals. Ichigo always fights for what he believes in, he has a huge tendency to always come in and play the hero as well. He is highly empathic and often will go to help those in need. He is highly cranky and has a bad habit of pushing people away, he is very straight forward and highly opinionated. He feels the need to protect those around him no matter what the cost. He has a very hard head and is very stubborn, once he sets his mind to something it is almost impossible to stop him.

Ichigo is also rather shy and unlike most boys his own age has no sexual drive whatsoever, in fact sex rather scares the poor boy to death. He can be awkward from time to time with people as his social skills are not that great, he often prefers to keep to himself or his own little group of friends rather then going to to make new ones. He's rather complicated person and can be a bundle of contradictions from time to time as well. He is highly loyal to his friends and puts their safety above everything else.

Abilities/Strengths: Ichigo has trained since a young age in karate and is a rather good fighter, for years he often beat up bullies around his school, sometimes taking on more then five and winning (though he does come out roughed up) He has very strong legs and can deliver a very powerful kick, he is also a very fast runner. He also seemed to be very toughened up from having years of his father coming out of no where and beating him up.

For as long as Ichigo could remember he could see the spirits of the dead, he can talk to him, see them perfectly, and exercise them. He has insane amounts of spiritual energy, it's so great that is spills out from his body and makes that those that he spends a lot of time with actually see spirits. One night Ichigo was given the powers of a shinigami by Rukia, he can go in and out of his body either by Rukia or Kon's help or by the use of a black badge. He wields a sword called a zanpakutō and it's name is Zangetsu, it is a huge sword due to the fact of Ichigo's spirit energy. Ichigo's sword has a spirt inside of it, Zangetsu has the form of a 40 year old man who gives Ichigo advice from time to time.

Though he does not have a official shinigami rank, Ichigo overall is so strong that he can fight on the level of an elite shinigami captain. He is a very quick learner, learning things like bankai and flash step in days of hard core training where as it takes others years to learn. In bankai form Ichigo's sword takes on a very long and slimmer looking sword and his speed is greatly increased. He also has a inner hollow, which greatly increases his speed, abilities, strength, and senses. He can also talk to his hollow form but however, the hollow's abilities come at a price.

Weaknesses: Ichigo can come off as an asshole in most cases and he is not that easy to get along with. He is highly stubborn to the point where he won't budge at all. He has a very bad habit of jumping into things head first and thinking about it later. He will go into battle without help, not plan things through at all. It's also rather easy to take advantage over his compassionate side. Naked women can also go in here as Ichigo will practically be paralyzed at the sight of them.

Ichigo does not have a very good hold over his powers, he can overwork himself with them and cause himself to take several days rest and he attracts creatures often with his spirit energy. Ichigo's biggest weakness though is his handle on his hollow, he doesn't quite understand how to control it and from time to time in the heat of battle it can pop out and take over him. While it has taken over Ichigo, Ichigo has very little control over what he does, the hollow attacks anything and everything that stands in it's path.

Nothing is Real

History: For as long as he can remember, Ichigo was always able to see the ghosts of dead, though. Ichigo was utterly different as a child then as a teenager. He was a cry baby and a HUGE mama's boy, one day while walking home with his mother he saw a girl on the edge of a ledge, thinking the girl was in trouble Ichigo rushed off to save her. Suddenly there was a white flash and the next thing he knew he was laying down on the ground and ontop of him was his dead mother. His mother's death changed Ichigo utterly, he was no longer a cry baby and he became very cold and distant.

One night when Ichigo was fifteen he met a woman called Rukia Kuchiki, who happened to come in to deal with a possible hollow. Once he confronts Rukia about her being in his room she is rather shocked that he can see her. As they talk, a hollow drawn to the house because of their spiritual pressure, he attacks house, knocks out Isshin and threatens Ichigo's sisters. Rukia is injured in her efforts to protect Ichigo and his family, forcing her to transfer her powers to him if they are to be saved. Ichigo kills the hollow and finds himself stuck with Rukia's abilities. Unable to carry out her job as shinigami until her powers are back to her, Rukia forces Ichigo to fill her position in the meantime.

As Ichigo deals with hollows across his town, his friends and fellow classmates begin to develop spiritual powers due to their time spent with him. Ichigo's actions and those of his classmates draw the attention of Soul Society, who soon send Byakuya Kuchiki and Renji Abarai to get Rukia. Rukia tries to go with them quietly, though Ichigo attempts to stop them. Byakuya leaves Ichigo on the verge of death and takes away his shinigami powers as punishment before returning to Soul Society with Renji and Rukia. Rukia begs Ichigo not to follow her as she goes with Renji and Byakuya. Kisuke Urahara rescues Ichigo, and seeing his determination to go to Soul Society and save Rukia, trains him to regain his powers. Once his training is complete, Ichigo and a group of his friend (which inculde, Chad, Orihimi, and Ishida) are escorted to Soul Society by Yoruichi Shihouin.

When the group Soul Society and breaking into the main part of it, the group is split up. Ichigo is forced to fight a number of high ranking shinigami as he searches for Rukia. Though he defeats Ikkaku Madarame, Renji, and Kenpachi Zaraki in turn, his many fights leave him both injured and fatigued. Yoruichi takes Ichigo away to rest, and once he recovers she trains him to utilize bankai in order to prepare him for his eventual battle with Byakuya. Once completing his training, Ichigo goes to the site of Rukia's planned execution where he singlehandedly stops the process of it and dispatches three lieutenants in order to give Rukia time to escape.

Byakuya soon stops Ichigo's escape attempt, and the two fight. Although his new bankai proves a fair match for Byakuya's own, his inexperience with the ability gives Byakuya an advantage. It is only able to bring it to a draw when his hollow pops out for a little bit. Although Byakuya is defeated, Ichigo soon learns that the shinigami behind Rukia's execution, Sōsuke Aizen, still intends to kill her. An injured Ichigo attempts to fight alongside the also-injured Renji to save her, but Aizen quickly takes care of them. Rukia is ultimately saved by Byakuya and the shinigami captains, though Aizen is able to escape Soul Society with the object he sought. Ichigo and his friends are healed and return to the human world, Rukia chose to stay behind.

Ichigo is soon reunited with Rukia during the Bount invasion. Ichigo fights against the Bount with his shinigami allies and friends. After the battleground shifts from the human world to Soul Society, Ichigo confronts the Bount leader, Jin Kariya. After much effort on Ichigo's part, the battle ends in a power clash, with Ichigo the victor. With the Bount vanquished, Ichigo returns to the human world once again and back to a quiet life until he is needed again.
